All the company's programmers are available by upgrading the software to support new devices, if you did not find the chip in software, you can contact our engineers to upgrade software.

Please email us, and informs the programmer models, the chip maker, the full model number of chip, and more.

We will be a software upgrade, depending on whether the hardware support, chip specifications and samples are available.

In order to ensure the prescription, you may need to provide some samples for testing (samples are not refunded in principle, If need refund please note in advance).

General 1-3 business day to complete the upgrade, when the hardware can support, as well as samples and information become available.
